Clients rarely come to The Love Coach for Life Coaching alone, as many utilise this once they have completed Love Therapy or Love Coaching. However, for those of you who think outside of the box, the option to jump straight in with Life Coaching and work back to other services is absolutely your choice
Once goals and dreams are identified the life coach takes a client through the process of breaking these visions down into manageable, deliverable bite-size chunks. Together a plan for improving their current happiness will be established and then broken down into manageable tasks that can be carried out over the next 6 months, 3 months, 3 weeks and 5 days. During this time any blocks that occur along the way (whether financial, emotional or physical) are talked about, analysed and guidance is provided on how a client may overcome their barriers. These sessions can include Cognitive Hypnotherapy if required.
