  • This is a reflections exercise best complete with a partner or spouse

  • It's okay to be selfish here. Your partner should be making their own list too and being untruthful, modest, or evasive isn't something that helps. Anything that might help get your emotional needs met, is worthwhile - even if it's as simple as breakfast in bed, foot rubs, or buying tulips.
  • Don't rush this task – collect 100 things if you can. When complete, share with your partner/spouse and chat about ways that each of you can make this happen.
