It’s Friday night and you are considering your weekend schedule. The phone is ringing and Whatsapp pinging with offers from a pool of “possibly the ones”. Many who engage in online dating don’t find it hard to get a date but are at risk of becoming serial first daters as the first date tends to not tick their boxes.
First dates are an occupational hazard for many looking for love. Some progress beyond 2nd dates into long term relationships but for many the 2nd date is a No Thanks! Reasons for this can range from the first date being boring or not clicking through to their date confessing that they did time for stalking their ex!
So it’s that time of year again – the time when looking silly with Xmas jumpers and Santa hats, acting silly with mistletoe and bad Xmas carol singing is totally encouraged.
So your gut told you something was up and you did your homework – you’re now higher than 80% sure that you are being lied to and that there is someone else in the picture? ? If your response is “No” or “Not Exactly” – but you have your suspicions, then the situation might be a bit too early to act on. Check out “Am I dating A Liar” to...
Ok, so you have recently met someone. You definitely think this is going somewhere but something is niggling you – something feels off. They seem distracted and often “not with you” completely. They are saying they are single and not dating anyone else but you’re not convinced.
At a time when statistics for both the UK and the US show a record high of over 50% of the population being single, why are so many strugging in the pursuit of lasting love?

During a Love Coaching sessions I had carried out my Soul Mate Profiling exercise in the Get Ready For Love book, as homework, and during the following Love Therapy session, I at first became tearful at the thought that I had already met and lost my soul mate.
However, as the Cognitive Hypnotherapy sessions deal with the sub conscious it soon became clear from the Soul Mate Profiling outcome that actually he did not, and probably never would, match up to what my Soul really needed as a mate. It was during this session, that I was able to finally let go of the painful breakup, start healing the anxiety and heartbreak and let him go from my thoughts knowing he was not enough for me. After just 4 combined Love Coaching/Love Therapy sessions over two months with TJ’s help and support, I have completed the Get Ready For Love Programme, moved on from heartache, and have started to love myself. I finally realise I actually truly do deserve someone to love and even more someone to love me in return. This was reflected in the subsequent Life & Love Reading carried out again after the sessions where my score was 8.1!!
